Bought 2 of these for my Sprinter Van and they work beautifully. I had a hard time determining how to put them on, but my son got them on just fine - I'm a bit dyslexic so I couldn't "see" the end product.

This is not too bad of a product for what it is. It is by no means to Blum quality, but for what it is, it is acceptable. Works well once finally installed and adjusted.The problem here is, it is loose packaged with the packages open. I ordered one to check it out, it was missing three out of the four plastic bearings for the pivot points. I got a return authorization. Amazon was great as the replacement came the next dayProblem again, this time the replacement package had no bearings, or plastic bearing inserts is what it really is and I initiated another return.Now, if you want this product, you need to buy the product from moyodor.A little bit different design, but essentially the exact same door stay.These guys had their product packaged, with a real set of directions on paper, even though it was rather poor English, but it was understandable and useful.Lastly, unless you are an experienced woodworker, you will find this extremely frustrating to get right or as a bare minimum you will drill many wrong holes, trying to figure this out.Here is a little bit of an update… I noticed that on the packaging it said hydraulic dotObviously hydraulic in. China means quite a bit different than here in the western world where hydraulic usually means there are fluids involved, there are no fluids, no hydraulic, no nothing. Don’t buy off thinking that you’re getting something that has a hydraulic mechanism in it.

Zero Instructions, seems flimsy and barely holds up our cabinet door.

I don't think the seller knows what hydraulic means. Or maybe they do and they deliberately mislabeled this. Regardless, it works well. I gave it 5 stars.

These are springs not hydraulic. they are very loose and not sturdy. we tossed them in the trash after using them for just 6 months. they fell apart and did not hold the doors up. Very poorly made. junk

These turned a flimsy tip out trash can into a sturdy effective piece!

Definitely not sturdy. Easily bent, and one of our hinges was missing a piece.
