Hidrate Spark PRO 21oz Moonlight Chug Lid

This is a replacement lid and is exactly like the original that came with the bottle. I love that it locks, but I do struggle to open it at times.

Dropped it once from less than 2 feet and the top shattered. Should be more durable.

I purchased the chug lid with my 21oz pro. The small hinge screw has worked itself out. I contacted HidrateSpark about the defective lid. Their poor customer service has decided not to answer my emails with an answer if they will replace it. Because of the screw the lid leaks and does not open properly. I cannot recommend this product. Because of such poor customer service I cannot recommend this HidrateSpark.
