It can cut up to a an 8 1/2” x 11” piece of paper. It measures 6” x 8 1/2”.

Q: Will this cut chipboard? Medium weight? Heavy weight?

Yes it will cut medium weight for sure. I haven’t tried to cut heavy weight chipboard with it yet.
