Works Well!
IR3535 is a good repellent and doesn't melt plastic like DEET.I've used this in the woods here, and my daughters when out with Cadets. They report not being bitten by mosquitos as much as the rest of their cohort.I likewise find it a good repellent which has kept the ticks off my legs. The smell is not bad at all.

not good
I've bought a few different deet free insect repellents to try out this summer, this being one of the IR3535 ones (xpel is the other) - I've been using different products alternate days, and whilst I haven't had many IR3535 days, they are the ones where I have been bitten more so I'm not prepared to keep on with it.What seems more effective to me is anything containing 20% (not 10) saltidin (also known as picaridin or icaridin - all the same thing) - I have a spray called repel sensitive, and a roll on called care plus, but there are others and I think it's the active ingredient that matters.Perhaps this would help if you aren't a mosquito magnet, but I am.
