SKE great UPS that keeps my electronics working during an outage
instad of a mini UPS, it feels more like a super handy large portable power bank. With a 30,000mAh capacity, it can provide enough charge for my phone to last a whole week of use. The Type-C fast charging is especially great, as it only takes 10 minutes to fully charge my phone. It's fantastic! It also looks great on my desk with its stylish design and is very pleasing to the eye. Additionally, it’s a good option for powering a router or gateway. I’m considering buying another one to keep at the office for outage during meetings, as it would be a great choice for my MacBook. The only downside is that the seller advises that for first use, you should fully discharge the battery while not connected to mains power. In my opinion, this is quite inconvenient and they could have set this up at the factory. However, their customer service is very responsive, and I have already discussed this issue with them. They assured me that it will be addressed in the future, so this is not a significant problem anymore. Overall, I highly recommend it.

NOT RECOMMENDED battery completely loses capacity over time
The media could not be loaded. Update May 2025 - ZERO stars!!!At this point, the capacity is at ZERO, so I have no backup power. It is now basically a big, fancy, and expensive extension cord. I would give this product zero if I could. Again, NOT RECOMMENDED.I have tried a few times to recharge it, and each time it will only charge up to 14%. Each time I drain it to zero, then recharge, it will then stop recharging at 14%.Update April 2025 - 1 starThree months since draining the battery and then charging it fully, the UPS is doing the same as before. It is slowly losing its capacity to maintain a fully charged state. It slowly decreased from 100% down to 33%. I do not recommend this UPS.Update: January 2025 - 3 starsAfter using this for about 2 months, the UPS no longer provides enough power for my 12 volt cable modem, and the UPS recharges only up to 40-60%. This, even after draining the battery upon first use.So, I drained the battery 3 times before it got back up to 100% capacity. Now, it is operating "normally" as a UPS. Cross my fingers I don't have to go through the process of draining the battery again.---------Original review - 4 starsThis UPS works well to back up my modem and router. It is smaller and lighter than a traditional sealed lead acid UPS.I have 3 devices that run on 12V barrel connectors that need back up, so I needed to buy another 12V cable (the package includes a cable that splits a 12V output into 2).The fan is a bit noisy.During a power outage, the battery lasted about 2.5 hours. The 3 devices I have use about 24 watts total.

Must drain battery to calibrate
I never drained the battery when using it for the first time and several weeks later the battery level was stuck at 80%. Fixed it by draining the battery. You'll notice is completely drained when the wattage output indicates zero.Giving 4 stars since, given the price, the need of calibration the first time is something I consider critical and it may happen again. Will update to 5 stars if I notice it won't need recalibration after 3 months minimum.

Ideal UPS for Cable Modem and Router
This is an ideal UPS for backing up cable modem and router. The cable modem and router draws about 10 watts at 12V and supplied power plug worked well. It will power the internet equipment for about 10 hours in case of power outage. Unlike other UPSs, it doesn't have any inverters so additional power consumption of the UPS is minimal, Additional benefit is it shows the power draws of any equipment connected very accurately. The fan makes noises on;y during the initial charge of the battery. I would highly recommend using this UPS for backing up the power for modems and routers.

Do Not Buy.
So I actually bought two of these units before I knew about their faults. But first, don't trust the photo of the display showing you the percent of battery left- both mine just show bars. Five is the most bars and you can just guess how much power you have left. But most importantly, these units SLOWLY DEPLETE THEMSELVES WHILE PLUGGED IN. Until you're left seeing one or two bars wondering why they are almost dead! So what do you have to do? Well you have to completely deplete the batteries, then recharge it and watch it ALL HAPPEN AGAIN OVER THE NEXT 30 DAYS. The instructions tell you to do this before the first use- which I faithfully did. When I saw this happen again, I depleted the batteries and repeated the process again. The third time, I was like WTF? So I contacted the seller/manufacturer who told me I have to do this every month! And let me tell you, it's a pain in the you know what. The max discharge rate is around 45 watts which takes HOURS and if you go over 45-50 watts it's overloads and shuts off. So there's no speeding up the process. And if you use your network stuff to let it just drain- well at some point your whole network is dead and offline. And lest you think I just got a dud- which happens- BOTH OF MINE PERFORM EXACTLY THE SAME. Will they run for hours- yes. Will you buy something that's going to be a PITA and require maintenance every month just to function? Yes. You've been warned. If I get any better support for mine- I'll post an update.

Meh performance and randomly charges/discharges
I keep this plugged in to power some 12v devices. It's a UPS so it's meant to stay plugged in all the time. What's weird is it will start discharging randomly and when it does you have to keep it unplugged for a while to get it to take a charge.More disappointing is it's USB-C but has no PD. Every other battery pack I have or UPS can charge with USB-C PD.This also doesn't have 30000mAh, more like 15000.Don't get this if you actually want a UPS for your routers etc, you might end up randomly with no power.
