Immediate return - draw doesn't open

I used the emergency pin release to open the disc drawer, tried ripping 1 audio CD and it was so slow and noisy I was worried it would damage the disc. Had to return regardless due to the faulty tray. Poor quality and not functional.

Does NOT play DVDs as advertised!

Very disappointing that this is NOT a plug and play external drive as suggested. This item will NOT play DVDs. Maybe free software will help but that's NOT the point. It should say this in the product discription and NOT deceive people into purchasing their product.

Failed after 4 months

Hardly used it but it’s still failed after only 4 months! Light comes on but it no longer opens & no longer recognised by laptop.
