*** update: I bought a new roll, and it is perfect! I'm so thrilled with how this looks on my window!We installed it horizontally, because the width it comes in was not wide enough for it to go on in one piece vertically. It now looks like embedded blinds. I love love love it!!! Installing it was easy, if tedious, and it blocks the ugly view from the widow. Kind of filters the light coming in, but does not block it. Thank you! I'm so pleased!I was originally upset that it is too narrow to be installed as shown but it turned out great horizontally. If you really want the vertical look you have to find a roll that is wide enough for the window. I think they might have wider sizes, so maybe that would work. Otherwise, you'd have to line up a seam - which I found too difficult to attempt personally. I would suggest that the manufacturer show the horizontal application in their ads, for full transparency.Now I have finally applied the film to the lower window and I'm less thrilled with the way it turned out due to an area of discoloration that existed as soon as we unrolled it. It's a semicircular area about 5" in diameter that is hazy rather than clear. The few little air bubbles are my fault, but the hazy discoloration was present as I rolled out the film. This would have been a 5 star product, but this particular roll must have slipped through the QC process. Unfortunate to say the least. I would have returned it and bought a new one, but the return window had closed by the time we were able to use the product. I wish I had opened it the day it arrived.

A great, easy, privacy fix. The films have been on both our bathroom windows for 3 months now and they still look great.Applying the film can be done by one person, for sure, but two sets of hands are even better. Not hard to do.Minus 1 Star because there are odd "diagonal and horizontal 4-inch crease lines" on one of the windows. Not sure how that happened because I thought we were very careful. They don't show in most lighting conditions.

I was a little nervous that this would feel cheap... and some of the reviews were really bad.. but I gave it a shot as I didn't want curtains and didn't want to block the light. I followed the instructions and bought distilled water, and used Johnson and Johnson baby shampoo mixed in. It was INCREDIBLY easy to install - and I still get all the light I wanted in my rooms while feeling like I have privacy from the street and neighbors. It's been up for a couple of weeks in the hot summer sun and so far so good!I would suggest also buying a metal edged long ruler, a box cutter with snap off blades so it can be sharp, and a plastic smoothing tool for installation (it doesn't come with one).

The product is super thin making it very hard to work with. I loved the pattern so much but super disappointed when trying to place on the windows. The thinness of it causes it to crinkle to wear it looks torn and damaged when placing onto the window. I ended up having to remove it because it looked awful after installing. I was super bummed!

I’m disappointed with the overall quality. First, the film is extremely thin, making it hard to work with during installation. It scratches very easily, so any slight touch or adjustment can leave marks. Removing air bubbles was a real challenge—even with careful smoothing, I still ended up with a few stubborn bubbles that wouldn’t go away.On top of that, the pattern on the film isn’t consistent. There are small patches where the color appears uneven, making it look patchy in places. This really takes away from the clean, seamless look I was hoping for. Overall, it was not worth the hassle, and I’d recommend looking for a more durable and reliable option.

Easy to put on and does the job well. I wanted something that let in light and this does. It also makes it hard to see inside, which is also what I wanted. So win win.

East to cut, and adjust once on the window. Love the look and theyre very effective! Peeled easily with the stickers they provide to separate the film from the backing. Would buy again.Instructions weren’t very clear since they seemed to be translated but the general idea was pretty self explanatory. Took me 2 hours to precisely measure and install on 12 individual panes of glass. Really happy with how it looks and the opacity it provides from the outside. Wanted something to add privacy to a room that looks into other houses windows. Got the job done!Wondering how they hold up with freezing temps this winter and condensation that can form on those windows.

Love it perfect to add natural light in my bathroom during the day but add privacy. A little hard to install but worth it
