Very accurate and easy to use. Works just like my other Milwaukee speed square but liked the quick bolt & nut references. Almost any MECHANICAL CARPENTER PENCIL found here on Amazon will work with this (including the non-ThorVald pencil I already own). I read a lot of the negative reviews on this and none matched my experience. Its a simple inexpensive square to be kept in the truck bed tool box for a quick grab and use. If it gets lost or stolen no great loss.

The Square and the Pencil are both great quality, no complaints. they were both used extensively to install some LVP flooring.
