High-fidelity picture and sound
We recently purchased an HDMI extender for Rx and Tx. Initially, it worked flawlessly, transmitting a clear picture and sound signal over a distance of 30 feet from our free sat box to a remote TV. Unfortunately, after a few days, the signal deteriorated, resulting in a stuttering picture and sound.Upon contacting support, we received excellent assistance in diagnosing the problem and finding a solution. They identified a faulty Rx box as the issue and promptly arranged for a replacement to be sent. The replacement arrived within a few days. Our system is now functioning exceptionally well, delivering high-fidelity picture and sound. We wholeheartedly recommend both the product and the exceptional customer service provided by this company.

Works, but not for videophiles
This device works out of the box and is incredibly simple to set up and use and does exactly what it advertises, transmits 1080p 60hz video wirelessly between a transmitter and receiver. This is where the good ends though for me. To achieve this within the bandwidth available, it seems the transmitter takes the input then highly compresses this to send to the receiver. This degrades the image quality significantly, with a very noticeable loss of definition, blocking and colour banding and whilst an HD resolution is detected, it's certainly not what I would consider an HD picture and more an SD lookThis will be fine of a v. small screen receiver, or where you absolutely not bothered about quality or aren't looking to transmit video playback, but I was looking for a simple way to transmit an HD picture to a 50" screen in another room, which this really isn't suitable for.So yes, this will work, but the quality just really isn't there. Returned for a refund and looking at other solutions now I've realised HDMI transmitters won't do what I want.

Good support when it failed
Worked well when first set up, and appeared to give a more stable connection than the existing units it was replacing. Unfortunately it stopped working a few hours later. I tried resetting the devices and repeating the pairing procedure but it didn't help. Contacted the manufacturer's support team and Beryl gave prompt and courteous service. I had to share a short video showing the problem. Unfortunately it wasn't possible to rectify the fault with the transmitter device as apparently its wifi unit had failed. Beryl then offered me the option of waiting for a replacement transmitter to arrive from China or else I could have a full refund, so I opted for the refund and it was credited on the same day. Having looked at what competitor devices are available and seeing the quality of the support provided, I will consider buying the same kit again and hopefully have more luck the second time.

Reliability!
Not prefect... Every few days the sound does out for half a second everytime there is a lot of action on the screen. There are also red shadows in certain areas. Moving cables about, unplugging and replugging sometimes rectifies the problem. Looking for a reliable replacement!
