Hello. Veise smart lock supports 1000+ Fobs recognition, there are 2 cards included in the package, if you need more you can buy the 13.56MHZ card separately on Amazon

Why can't I find my lock when I pair locks in the app?

If the lock is not found in the list, please review the following tips: 1. Do not use the keypad to change the Master Password before pairing the lock in the DDLock APP. If it has been changed, the lock will be locked and cannot be found, please watch the video to reset the lock. 2. When pairing the lock in DDLock APP, please turn on the Bluetooth in your phone and wake up the touch screen manually so that the lock is in pairing mode. 3. After the lock is paired, it will generate a random new master code and it can be found in the App (Settings-Basics-Admin Passcode).
