Q: What is the correct orientation of the blue baffle inside the seperator? The baffle was loose in the one I received.

Mine came with the opening oriented at a right angle to the inlet. Like, the air has to go 270 degrees around a circle to hit the inlet. 3/4 if the way round the circle.

Q: does it come with the hose and attchments?

No Hoses/Fittings/Clamps. It Does Include A Gasket & Bolts/Washers/Nuts, To Seal The Dust Seperator To A Drum Lid/Bucket Lid.

Q: Are there any differences between the clear and the black one?

Yes, the clear one is transparent and the black one is opaque. Hope that helps :)

Q: will this work with my 2hp single stage dust collector?

This is too small to handle the volume of air the 2 hp dust collector puts out. You will need a larger separator. And one with probably the 4" port.
