This hat is maid of comfortable and warm materials, which does not itch or cause discomfort. The hat sits comfortably on my head, it is a little short to cover my ears, however I do not think beanie hats are designed for this.The light power pack can easily be removed if needed, it is claimed that this device is easily rechargable, however, I have not yet tested this claim out. The light has three power modes, which is useful, especially as I am after working outside in a relatively darkened car park.

Nice hat. I'd say more air force blue than peacock blue but that suits me. I've quite a big head but it stretches easily and is comfortable and cosy. I often fill my bird feeders when it's dark and struggle with a torch- need 3 hands! This will really help. I bought it on offer and I think it's well worth the money.

This purchased to replace a similar hat bought two years previously that the light was failing to charge properly. The hat itself is great — comfy, not too warm to wear etc. However, the brightness of the light seems poorer than the prior purchase. I use for walking dogs so it’s important the light projects forward at least a few feet but this doesn’t seem to do that. I don’t understand that as it’s seems the light is the same specification as my prior light.
