The lid broke and I wrote to Tealyra who not only sent me a new lid free of charge but sent me TWO. Golden service. Plus this kettle is awesome no metal taste, you can see when it needs cleaning and its is a joy to watch a kettle boil. I can't believe I hardly ever cleaned my metal kettle! Everyone should have a glass one. Its a beautiful object and useful too. Great seller.

This is THE MOST BEAUTIFUL item in my kitchen! Some things I LOVE about this gem:I can see the water clearly!I can pick it up and not be burned.It is quite light and easy to carry - no more building my biceps by lifting my electric kettle filled with water.It is super-fast!I love seeing my tea leaves floating about in it, as it brews...I could go on.....:) (Can you tell I LOVE my kettle?)One drawback? Although this is not really an issue....I now have to wash my kettle very regularly, as I also use it to brew my loose-leaf tea. If you like tea, buy it. If you don't, still buy it, cos you'll reduce your intake of limescale since you will see it begin to build up and wash/clean it asap!

Beautifully made easy to clean love the design very well made and makes delicious beverages

Been having this tea pot for over 2 and a half year now. Apart from the lid has split a bit (the bamboo glu has become losen in the dish washer) Everything is still perfect for me. Loving my tea.

For several months we used this beautiful looking glass kettle, said to be made of special glass that is super safe for use on a stove plate.Recently, when I lifted the kettle of boiling water up off the stove to pour water into my tea cup, a piece of glass from the bottom just came away. No warning. An entire kettle of BOILING water ALL OVER MY FEET! Luckily I was wearing tough leather clogs. Nevertheless got small burns where it splashed on my ankles. Had I been in open shoes, or had a small child or pet been nearby, they would have been seriously hurt or worse!What makes matters much worse is that the company -Tealyra - does not answer emails [I've waited for weeks. No response. Their Customer Service number also goes nowhere. A recorded message says they are not taking calls at this number!] AMAZON, please stop selling from this company. Super dangerous. Someone is going to get badly hurt!!!

The media could not be loaded. Love this kettle! Tea tasted sooo much better too. Lovely to watch it boil and to see your tea brew. Only issue I can see is that you may need a brush type cleaner to get inside it as the opening is too small for a hand. I brew herbal teas and I needed to use a tea strainer as well when pouring to catch the little herbs but I know this before buying.

I loved this tea pot perfect for a cup of tea for the whole family every day. The only issue is the first one cracked which the seller replaced and then my husband some how smashed the last one making me thinking a proper tea pot would be more hard wearing? But I do love the product maybe not great for the dishwasher?!

After another electric kettle bit the dust I decided I was sick of them. On looking for a stove top kettle, I spotted this. It's a little small but would easily boil water for about 4 large mugs - so it's perfect for me when I'm usually only making tea/coffee for 1-2 people most of the time. I've only used it for boiling water so far but I've used it a lot since its arrived and it doesn't feel as delicate as I feared. It's beautiful to watch and easy to clean. Very happy!
