This book helps me prepare my baby’s food and gives me ideas on what to give my 7 month old. It has a lot of food ideas from starting solids to toddler-approved healthy foods. It has simple instructions and is very straight-forward on the ingredients and preparation/process. I would gift this to a friend and family, especially to first time moms. Highly recommended book.

I would definitely recommend this book it helped out a lot with shopping and recipe ideas. It is very informative & the layout makes everything easy! Not only does it give recipes it gives prepping and what tool equipments to use.

I am obsessed with this book! There are so many recipes for every stage for your baby-toddler. Then there is so much good information on how to start. Even has a timer chart for how long to steam fruits and veggies for. There is just so much great stuff. Definitely worth it. Also makes a great baby shower gift

Love this book for starting solids! Covers basic of single ingredient purées and how to cook them up to toddler meals. I have used for 90% of my purées to know how to properly prep, season, etc. Very handy when it also gets to mixing more than 1 food into purées. Have recommended to others who also enjoyed it.
