Q: Can you use these WiFi light bulbs outdoors?

Hi, this model of the smart bulb should be used indoors as much as possible, if you use it outdoors please put a protective and unsealed cover on it before lighting the bulb, this will prolong its life in outdoor use, this product was originally designed to be used indoors. Q: I can’t connect it to neither alexa or sengled app. doesn’t this work on the bulb for ceiling fans?

Mine worked right away with Alexa and Google Assistant once I linked them to the Sengled app. For the bulb size, not all ceiling fans use the same bulb size. For example, I have three ceiling fans at home and each one uses a different bulb size. So, check the literature of your fan, or take a bulb off, visit your local hardware store, and compare yours to the ones on the store to identify their size.

Q: So I bought one bulb forgetting my sons room needs two in the ceiling. The other one came today and now we can’t control the second one with the app.

Hello! We would need more information to do some troubleshooting. Without more information, I would recommend you to reset bulb--Power on the bulb, quickly turn the bulb OFF and ON 10 times, it will blink five times indicating pairing mode.
