Q: Chest flys do not target your chest no matter how you set the bench, the preacher curls, legs are way too assisted by the machine. Anyone else?

Make sure the Butterfly swings freely so you can get good range of motion. Before you start extend both hands horizontally and then bring hands together. It takes a few workouts to learn the best range of motion. You want to curl in and touch hands and flex chest. Make sure you use proper weight until you get a good form.

Well the lower the weights the better height on your arm reach closest to your chest . The bar set is adjustable for maybe 3 height levels.
