Q: How long does this product take to dry?

No time at all. It’s mostly dry as it comes out. Maybe few minutes.

Q: Would this show up on blonde hair?

This did not show up good on my light blonde hair. It did not add a “shimmery glow” I would not buy this color again.

Q: Can I use this on body and cloths. Trying to cover an entire body.

I only used it on my hair. Some landed on my arms but one can would not cover an entire body. It didn't last long on the outfit I was wearing, it fell right off.
