the Morphy Richards DigiChef OTG is quite a handy one in the kitchen for baking/grilling stuff. like all the China-made products these days, the workmanship is exceptionally good, with it's quite impressive stainless steel body and digital interface (quite spacious too), and is reasonably priced. I don't think we could have bought it for such a throwaway price (for such a good quality product), had it been manufactured elsewhere, other than China. Besides, the Brit technology is reliable too, I reckon.

Never buy this product.First this product got manufactured in 2021 and the package is very pathetic and comes with dent.

Quite liked this model. Since it is easy to understand. And many pre-set dishes helped us work easily.Good appliance to handle.

Bought for 6500, fantastic fantastic product, for heating food, baking cakes, pizzas. I love pizzas, my gf loves pizzas! She doesn't want to marry me though. She is an avoidant I love to show affection. I wish I was a pizza!

At the end, as an end user, i really had to struggle to operate the electronic menu. Unless we have the menus and at each touch what option can be selected has to be written on huge board as it as so hiden menues under each soft touch button and their combinations.Unless with each touch if it is not shown up in the display or if it does not offer a menu like 1 for bread, 2 for toast 3 for Pizza, this product usage will be highly frustrating.Ordered this item very fondly and i have to return this with a heavy heart and scare ( as another transaction i need to do and ensure the coming new appliance is with out corona ) in these pandemic times. Its not an issue with Amazon, its the issue with the murphy richards product. Not friendly front soft touch menu. And the worst part is whatever small user manual is given, is absolutely fit for nothing. not even basics it covers. The support number they mentioned goes to Bajaj Electronics. uuufff. sorry guys.. dont be in a hurry to buy this unless Murphy Richards matures this product.

The website mentions that the outer and inner body of the oven are made of stainless steel but it is not, it is only polished. A magnet gets attracted to the metal.The oven door closes with a bang, is this a defect or the door closes like this?

After a long long research of buying an otg with all the options of top /bottom /both rods control I finalised this(though worried and confused after reading the reviews) but im very much satisfied with its design and performance at this price.Pros:It has all the features needed.1.We can select the rods required top/bottom /both2.the fan can be switched on in any mode when required.It has a stylish digital panel..which gives a great look to the otg.All the features at a reasonable price compared to other otgs with similar features.CONSIt is lil difficult for a begginer to understand the settings of the digital panel and operate.There are few youtube videos which may help.The performance is great as of now.i purchased it a month ago.Hopefully it doesn't create any problem later.
