What is frustration free packaging?

LOL is printed on the box on both sides. So it’s a dead giveaway if it’s a gift. There is just less packing material for frustration free packing.

Currently this item says it is shipped from and sold by Amazon. Therefore I believe it is genuine. Amazon always lists the name of the vendor when it is from a third party vendor.

You offer prime shipping, yet you couldn’t ship this item until 5 days after I ordered?

Start up a chat with Amazon Support and they should refund you what the shipping price "would have been". Not a perfect resolution since you still got the item late, but it helps. For the seller... Amazon Prime is most definitely geared towards both 2 day shipping as well as being free. It's specifically marketed as "Free 2-day Shipping" therefore as a seller you're supposed to specify if handling times are going to introduce a delay. (Choose handling times "3-5 days" if you need this option) this way it says so on the product listing and is correctly marketed to the buyer. Thanks!
