Hi Janice. You are not doing anything wrong. Glycolic acid is not meant to cause peeling of your skin. It is meant to penetrate the deeper layers of your skin so when the top layer of skin is exfoliated the skin underneath is heathier and younger looking.

Q: Should I have some sort of neutralizer on hand or something, or is just rinsing with water okay?

Water is not okay. Make a neutralizer...equal parts water and baking soda first to have on hand. 1. Rub vaseline in your eyebrows, lips, and your nostrils.prtect your delicate mucus membranes.2. Set timer3. Apply peel to skin4. When the time is up, brush neutralizer onto your skin. It will burn initially. Keep brushing it on and the burn will subside. 5. Rinse with cold water for a full 60 seconds.If you do water only, the peel will continue onto eat away at your skin...not good! Be safe!

Q: Has anyone seen less wrinkles with this?

Less wrinkles less marks or scaring fades it works wonders but it does make you face red after so should do at night and wash off good the redness does fade it just mean it's working
