Yes it does. If you take 2 sticks the exact same size, and make a sideways V, or 2 sides of a triangle, the space Of the open side is twice the space in the middle. The spacer goes into what would be the point of the V...doubling the height at the other end. Instead of 2 sticks, you have the wheel, and the strut/spring....with the wheel being one pointof the triangle, and the strut being the other. If you add 1 inch to the apex of the triangle, you have gained 2 inches at the other 2 ends, 1 for each side.

Will this fit a 2019 Silverado trail boss

It fits my 2019 RST no problem, but you need to take off the control arm to get it in there, and a jack or pry bar to put it back on. Levels the truck PERFECTLY.
