These are larger than expected but absolutely saved the day. Had a chandelier that was obnoxiously bright. Added these shades and now it is charming and cozy. Ever shade was well made and in excellent condition. They work better with traditional bulbs than LED bulbs.

I love these shades! I had ordered some from Home Depot and sent them back because they looked so cheap and the seam on the back was just raw and had an ugly glued look, these DO NOT look cheap at all in my opinion. They aren't as thick as I would like but still think enough, any thicker and maybe the light wouldn't shine through like it should? The little bulb clip does a good job and is sturdy enough, I kinda had to mess with them some to get them straight, don't know of that was the shade or my chandelier stem. They have a nice simple look to them and don't look cheap at all. The metal piece does show through a little bit but not that much, not enough to bother me at least. I got the creamy white, it's not totally white, has just a hint of cream. The seam on the back is done nicely. For the money/price I really don't think you can go wrong with these. They are priced according to what you get, if you want a lot nicer you'll have to pay for it, these are nice enough for me.

Really like these, got black and they look nice. Bigger than I thought. They have a gold inside so between that and the black shades they really decrease light output. It is a warm ambient light though. Might buy another color too for variety. Recommend but look at measurements!

I ordered this set of Wellmet Small Chandelier Lamp Shades for my new "wagon-wheel" style chandelier that I recently installed into my kitchenette. The bulbs that I installed were a bit too "sharp" on my eyes, so I needed to find a nice way to diffuse the light. These lamp shades worked out perfectly. They fit the bulbs rather well, and now my entire kitchenette (breakfast nook) is filled with a soft warm light in the evenings.

My challenge was to update the lighting in a formal dining room in a high end home with a very expensive but somewhat outdated (out of fashion) Italian chandelier with ivory silk pleated shades that threw out a rather bland white light. Meh. Initially I thought I'd need to replace the whole fitting with something more mid-century modern, a starburst or similar, something sparkly and geometric. Not so. I realized that the real was not with the fitting which is a quality vintage classic, but with the shades - the chandelier itself cost $1,500+ and to replace that with an inferior quality product didn't make sense, but I definitely needed to change not only the look of the piece in daylight hours, also the tone and feel of the light it gave out at night. These shades were very affordable and worth a try. WOW, what a difference these shades have made! They have totally updated the whole room, color, ambience, love them. The quality is superb. GREAT CHOICE!

They looked pretty but the light was harsh and really didn't work that well in my open concept space. I finally decided to invest $50 in these lamp shades and I was so pleased with the result. I had to get new bulbs so they would fit, but it was worth it. The shades fit well and don't get tipped easily like some shades. They are not sheer, but I didn't want that, and I also love that they don't turn yellow when the lights are on. I was worried about the seams, but they really don't show. They are a quality product.

these are beautiful - the gold interior looks great even with the lights offit's just as descibed only better
