I have been dying my hair for a bit now multiple times and I will say my hair doesn’t like me. My growth rate decreased since all the damage so this product is real effective when it comes to hair growth. I waited to write review until I’ve had it for I wanna say almost two months and I got like two inches of growth and usually hair normally grows .5 inches a month I believe. These are real easy to take in my opinion they are kind of big but water of course helps. I’ve never had issues with my stomach and I like to believe it’s helped my health. Overall love this product will buy again!

I'm taking 2 out of the 3 suggested in a serving and it's working well to greatly decrease my hair loss. I'd been using Nizoral shampoo too which worked somewhat, but adding these in it was an immediate decrease.

The Carlyle brand I am using now has pale almost clear capsules. Some commenters believe dark red/brown colored capsules mean the pumpkin seed oil has less filler oils. By biting the capsule, I find no difference in the mild taste between dark and pale capsules. I have used up full bottles of 5 different popular brands, and they all seem to be equally effective regardless of capsule color. However, I still get up at least two to three times per night, which is a lot less than before using pumpkin seed oil caps.

Took this product with saw palmetto and totally fixed my several trips up at night. Now I can sleep all night.

The bottle with 200 soft gels came as ONE HUGE soft gel, they all stuck together in one soft gel. It is not possible to separate them and also to take this huge gel out of the bottle. In addition, they are not returnable by Amazon rules. It was a big disappointment. Though turned out that the company has a good customer service. I contacted them, the representative apologized and immediately instructed Amazon to refund my money. So, I still intend to buy products of this company.
