This is a lifesaver. Works great as a sunshade when camping. It was easy to install. To install, you have to slide an approximately 2-foot-long piece into the roller that your awning fastens on to. This was easy to do. Once the piece is mounted to the awning, when the awning is out all the way it will unroll as well, and then you zip the larger piece on, which reaches close to the ground. This piece is then staked to the ground to hold it in place. The stakes even help stabilize the awning. I'm very happy, it seems thick enough to be strong, the zipper seems to be high quality meaning it will all be durable. I can see through it well enough, while it blocks most of the sun keeping the trailer cooler.

Very good and durble

I've had this up for about two weeks now. It was very easy to install, the hardest part is finding a way to install it so you can have enough pressure on the bungie cords so that it doesn't slide down the arm of the awning. We're in a park that has asphalt pads for parking the RV on. I couldn't use the tie down stake so I used the bungie to attach the screen to the tire cover or to something in the undercarriage. That part is fine. It does lower the temp under the awning as advertised, and we did have a rain storm and it does keep most of the rain out, so that too is great. I don't know about keeping the UV rays out, but I was disappointed that it didn't keep most of the glare from the sun out when the sun is shining directly on it. I stood directly in front of the shade with my expensive sunglasses on, then stood directly behind the shade in the same spot, and I couldn't tell much of a difference, and that was my main reason for buying it. I'm going to keep it because our RV is trimmed in blue so it looks great. Easy to install using the bungies, does keep most of the rain out, and does lower the temp. If you have to park in a spot where the sun shines directly under the awning you'll have to sit more to the back of the RV to eliminate the glare, and that's only a minor issue for me. That's the only reason this is 4 instead of 5 stars.

This is a really great idea! Much better than the "redneck" set up I had. I love that it comes in a neat and tidy storage bag. East to put up and attach. Wish I had this sooner!

They do cut down on th blazing sun

Really pleased we bought this side screen. Have fitted the hooks that come with the screen to our wind out awning and with the toggle bungees supplied, it is so quick and easy to fit. Also comes with a good quality and ample sized carry bag. We have a low line motorhome so with the additional holes that it comes with, fits the side of our awning perfectly. Super quality material that shields from the breeze and sun, but at the same time you can see through it. Have fitted hooks on the other end of the awning so it can be used either end. Also means you can sit out on cooler evenings and is much better than a traditional wind break. Is fully waterproof and dries very quickly. We are so pleased with it we have now bought the front screen too.

Love TentPro products. We have the awning screen as well as the side screen. They are easy to put up and work wonders.
