I was surprised by how much it can actually fit in each compartment and fact that it is leakproof. Plenty of space in each box that can be used to put snacks, soups, salads,veggies , fruits all in one lunch box. The size is great and conveniently carried anywhere. It can be adjustable to different size depending upon how many compartments we need.I have throw away my old box and started using it daily for my office.

I love the container, the color, the size and the handle to carry. I like the idea of the stainless steel bowls however I can't heat the food up in them. If I put the food in hot it does not stay warm.

Can't go in the microwave, and not insulated. My food got cold.

The product is too big for office use, it can be used to carry the food during picnic as the portion size is too big for an average person.
