Good price decent quality, not for punching bag, need more padding for punching bag, ok for mit work

These are the perfect wraps to ensure additional protection while working out on a punching bag. They fit comfortably inside boxing gloves or worn without gloves.

After a while of using them the areas where your fingers and thumb go through start to feel the pressure and get a little sore. I didn’t notice that I needed extra support for my wrist in particular which was great because I’ve broken them both in the past so I’m always careful when I use the other style or wraps and pay attention to my wrist a little more. Others than the occasional soreness after using them a while, they’re good.

I use this as a protector for my hand as I had a stroke and have very limited use of my left arm and hand.I was always banging my hand against something and bruising it. Tried one of these and pads my hand enough to stop all the bruising. I did have to cut the threads loose that separate the fingers to get it on and off easier.

They work great but I also use them with my gel boxing gloves for added protection and comfort. If you’re using them in mma gloves, make sure you buy the mma gloves one size bigger. Great product.

I mean they're ok. I bought the right size but there's way to much padding for me. Which can make your knuckles hurt worse.
