Nice cake pan
This Rachael Ray cake pan is really nice! The pan is a rich bronze color & the lid is sturdy plastic. I ordered this one because it was dishwasher safe however, the fine print says to hand wash. I did not return because it’s really nice, & pretty too.

Love this pan
This pan is very sturdy and of great quality. It's easy to clean and cooks evenly. The lid can be a little tricky to get off but noticed if I pry it off the two tabs on one side, it comes off easier.

Bought two used them five times this week!
These sheet cake pans are a dream come true. The coating is excellent, lids fit perfectly, heat evenly, and clean up like a dream. If anyone gets within 5 feet of these pans with metal utensils, I will have a cow. As with any coating such as this you need to use silicone or plastic. I hope they last a very long time. I think they will. Treat yourself. You won’t regret it!

A bit small but works well.
This isn’t a 9 x 11 pan. It has just barely those dimensions, but it has almost no depth at all. It’s like slightly more than a rimmed cookie sheet. Brownies would be tragically thin made in this.So I can’t use it in any of the ways I intended. I roasted some carrots in it, just about the only things that would not be too thick for the pan, and it cleaned up very nicely. Really makes me wish it were bigger and I could use it for more things.

Every kitchen needs a 9x13 baking pan
I found an amazing recipe for a Coca-Cola cake and it called for a 9x13 pan and this one fit the bill perfectly. I loved that it was a light copper color and had cool silicone handles. I read the reviews about how hard it was to get the lid on but I haven't had any problems with the lid, it's just a matter of placing in the grooves on one side and then hooking them on the other. Will hold a cake, cupcakes, or other delicious deserts and the lid will be perfect for travel or keeping your desert fresh for days.

Good quality but a little to small
It’s a nice product with a great idea behind it the lid option is why I bought it, sadly it’s to small would be nice if it came in different sizes.

The packaging says up to 450 F, which it cannot handle
First of, the backing pan has a nice finish and is really lightweight. The Cover snaps on very easily and holds to the pan without any issues. But after I tried to make some sourdough buns on it, it started to warp really bad and twisted inside the oven. I did not exceed the 450F or 230C as the description said. I even stayed around 200C, which is way lower, then I would normally go with my sourdough. After cooling down, it got nearly back into its original shape, but I would never try to bake anything that would take the full surface of the pan, with it warping that strong.
