Good saw. Four stars because of price, but then you get what you pay for, and this will last a long while if my other Fiskars stuff is any benchmark.

Fiskars bow saw used easily by 55yr old woman
Took me a while to get safety strip off the blade. I used it to saw branches and medium trunks into logs for log burning stove. At first it was hard work on thicker trunk giving a curved cut and bad language but have always found fiskars to be good so I searched online how to use a bow saw correctly and then all easy. I used a saw horse to secure wood for cutting and kept hips steady swiveling my waist to move arm back and forth and my cut was straight with much less effort and more speed. Also recommend fiskars hand pruners and telescopic pruner with saw.

it Definitely does the Job
I had been waiting a very long time for this to get back into stock after ordering.... I used it the day after getting it and let me tell you, I am not dissapointed whatsoever. Cuts fairly large timber with fair ease and with the price you just can't beat it. Fiskars haven't let me down yet! It cuts like a saw through wood!

I bought this to cut up an old apple tree into logs for my log burner. it did the job very well. not much to say other than the build quality is good as was the price and the blade looks very easy to replace. handle is comfortable too. Also if you are looking for a saw that can cut you thumb open then this one comes highly recommended...

Good hacksaw. I already got couple of hundreds of kilos of wood cut down. It's relatively easy to saw 25-30cm branches. Definitely worth the money.

These are very sharp replacement blades of good quality for both Fiskars and generic 21" bow saws. The blade installed very easily on an old generic saw. The grind on the teeth was clean and consistent with no rounding or off angles. At the price it is easier to replace old blades rather than resharpen, but save your old ones for a winter sharpening project or an emergency.
