Dont wear it too long the first time or you will be sore! I made that mistake. Wear once or twice a day in 20 min intervals. gradually build up till you dont need it anymore.

One size does not fit all.

I love love this product. I used it today at work under my blouse and it’s unnoticeable. It’s comfortable and does not dig in to my under arms. I would recommend this if you need to correct your posture and can even use it for back support when lifting weights.

this is chinese sizes not american...the One I purchased which was a large and I am a small size gal was way too small. I would say dont even bother purchasing this unless its for a child because thats all its going to fit.

I realize it’s not complicated but a manual would have been good. Not sure if I am using this product correctly.

I just received my Vosmae posture correcter yesterday. I put it on today, and love it. I have spent so much money on posture correctors and have been disappointed. I will alway buy this one it’s awesome.

I have a short torso, so it fit perfectly. The only drawback (and I guess this is with every posture corrector) is that it rubs your underarms. Fits me well. I'm 5' 6" and weigh 205 lbs.

It is easy to put on. I wear it when I do my 5-mile walk each day. My posture has improved and my shoulder and back pain are minimal now.
