Coverage inaccurate and seller customer service is pathetic
Product appears to be ok but only time will tell. However, based on the coverage numbers provided (90-100sf) I bought 4 - 5 gallon buckets (20 gallons), based on the 1100 sf I needed to cover. At that I thought that would be short but could order more if need be. It took a little longer than I expected to get to this project and when I realized that 10 gallons was more than enough to cover all 1100 sf. I rolled it on rather heavy and used 3 coats since I had barely opened the second 5 gallon pale with the second coat. At that I have at least 1 maybe 2 gallons remaining, so roughly used no more than 9 gallons for 3 coats on 1100 sf of slab floor. I reached out to the seller "The Factory Depot" and they just stated I was outside my return window (which was only about 10 days at that). How convenient for them to oversell a product and use a 30 day return window as just an excuse to ignore an issue. Certainly not what I would call good customer service. Basically I'm stuck with $450 (2 - 5gallon buckets) which is of no use to me. Bottom line don't buy this from vendor "The Factory Depot" and if you do buy it take the coverage estimates with a grain of salt. I would say it may vary some with how porous your slab floor is but I expect most use cases in basements or just slab foundations they are relatively smooth the coverage is more like 350 sf. plus or minus a bit (I estimate averaged over 3 coats 366 sf). Would probably give it 4-5 stars but for the completely inaccurate coverage estimate and extremely poor customer service.

poorly packaged with slight leakage
Product arrived as a 5 gal can contained within a thin cardboard box. There was slight leakage inside the box. Nothing major, however this indicates that the container was breached during shipment, not a big deal because I used it immediately. Aside from packaging issue, product appears to be working exactly as advertised.

Hopeful
I can't tell how well it keeps out water unless it starts not working but it left a really cool non-slip texture on my basement concrete floor. Make sure to follow directions (e.g. at least 2 coats).

Easy to apply
I am going to be as thorough as I can. First off, the merchants that I purchased from had it delivered in just a few days. I would buy from them again in a heartbeat. I love the fact that it is not runny, for it makes it easier to apply. It has a creamy look to it. I used this for my pool aggregate and I also have a mortar layout I did for edging my building to the aggregate with shells and crystals, opals, and abalone. I had neglected all of this for 18 years. After a good pressure washing with scrubber. attachment I let it dry for 48 hrs. All of this was done in a window here in the NW for almost two weeks of sunny in the 70's. I will admit I got my first 6 gallons locally. I applied it to the mortar work with a couple of small brushes because I had to get it in the nooks and crannies. Then I had to Brush it on the brick trim on top and around and under to the pool grout. Because it has a nice thickness I had NO dripping. I applied it onto the aggregate with a roller. This first coat it sucked up everything and you couldn't tell I had really laid anything on. So I got on Amazon and found the 5 gallon container. I had ONE more day before it was suppose to drop temperature to the 60's with sprinkles and no sign of warm dry weather for weeks. So it came at 4 in the afternoon and I laid the second coat right away. I figured since the aggregate was hot it would settle in. The next morning it looked just fine. In the afternoon it started sprinkling and a few hours later I noticed some creamy spots and I panicked. But walking on it, it is set in and is strong. It is definitely protective cover because it squeaks when wearing rubber soles. So I am hoping that when we do get hot sun again it might take care of this situation because I really like the stuff and I still have to do a huge slab of aggregate in front of my garage. I hope this helps.
