RIO's Redfish/Seatrout leader has been designed for the fly fisher that pursues Redfish, Seatrout and other similar saltwater species. This leader has a taper design that easily turn over typical saltwater patterns, and is made of a medium stiff nylon that will cope with tough winds.

Never had a knot in the leader. Also made good, tight triple surgeons knots to tippet

good to find tapered leaders with 20 lb. plus rating. Wish leader was copolymer instead of just plain nylon. Then it would be a bit more stealthier. Fluorocarbon too expensive.

These are good leaders. Held up much better than heavier test saltwater leaders from another brand. Would definitely buy these again.
