The inner cushion adheres cohesively to the steering wheel cover. The outer layer with the knob snaps on to tighten the installation. Easily re-positioned as needed, but stays put. Rotates smoothly, with a pleasant texture for light palm pressure. With its low profile, does not smack your hand painfully if it rotates by unexpectedly - compared to the Whack from the full spinner ball I just removed. Use the Amazon sales page and pictures for guidance: the package I received had no instructions, or English for that matter. I like the suggested 10 o'clock position. Completely transforms parallel parking. Gives a safe home zone for your left hand as you use your right hand for radio controls, etc. After first month of use, I have not had an issue with cracking or any other defect.

I broke my wrist and am in a restrictive cast for at least 6 weeks. I've been using this for a few days and it's a great low cost answer to what I need for a short term problem. I recommend it. It is fairly flat profile so you can't really grab it to turn, but I flat palm it and that works fine for me. The surface of the knob is not slippery, so it's easy to keep my palm on it firmly.

I liked how flat it was on my steering wheel, but if I bumped the knob wrong, it would pop off. Not a good thing when you drive with hand controls and need the knob to manage corners more effectively. We upgraded to one that installed with a screw.

This is not being used in a real vehicle, I purchased it for my Logitech G29 Gaming steering wheel, and its works perfectly. I needed something that had a low profile, and did not stick up from the wheel very far. Mounted at the 10 o'clock position.

Well it does what it’s suppose to do. Only downfall of this product is that if your a person who presses real hard when making turns. It will turn on you, so becareful

Looks good but thin & cheap. For wheel you need strong & tight grip!

Wouldn't stay on the steering wheel after about a month of use.
