I like to get these every few months and use them all the way through as a bit of a dry eye routine. While you could probably do this every single day and not have anything bad happen, I still prefer to take breaks. Every time without fail, the moment I start this back up, I'm getting instant relief and it makes me realize just how bad it was before. I also try to use blue light filter glasses, but on their own they only work so much, but adding in these eye drops makes a huge difference. Just like the many who buy these regularly, the dry eyes and eye strain will most likely never go away, but as long as these are around, at least you can get patches of relief.

I have serious dry eyes ... and just found Refresh Tears Optiva Mega 3 solution ... however, it's the super solution when I just need to just whet the orbs between applications. So good!
