A very solid book on breathwork, going beyond pranayama
This is a really solid book with good information on the yoga of breath known as Swara Yoga. The text is easy enough for someone new to yoga to get into. It also has some real gems inside for those who already know a few things about meditation, mysticism, yoga, and / or pranayama. Recommened for anyone interested in the aforementioned subjects.

A little treasure in my library
This is a book about the bi nostril system found in yoga and in Ayurvedic medicine. Any book by this publisher and the school of yoga has been a treasure in my library. This latest volume I've purchased is no different – it sees things in a different way and the presentation is superb

Blank pages in the middle
Few blank pages in the middle of the chapters, not sure why is that. I couldn't understand the chapter when last page is missing..
