A little treasure in my library
This is a book about the bi nostril system found in yoga and in Ayurvedic medicine. Any book by this publisher and the school of yoga has been a treasure in my library. This latest volume I've purchased is no different ā it sees things in a different way and the presentation is superb

A very good book for beginners and advance practitioners. A very precise science of expansion using "the breath".... Worth reading

Bihar school of yoga just does the best books. The only problem I have with them is they need to put more books onto the market This is a fantastic book that compliments the serious yogi or those interested in the finer aspects of Yoga I mean, this book is beyond words. Read it once, read it twice to digest it and read it 3 times and put it into practice I found doing one of these techniques helps with triggers, if you are triggered or have been triggered by situations/events/people or by Narc then by simply switching to the correct swara after a trigger or if you need to calm down is one of the most amazing things to witness People usually tell others to "breathe" to calm down but breathing through the correct swara is actually 99% of the job, if you know which swara cools you down faster you can go from a rage to calm in less than 5 breaths. Being the witness and noticing which swara is shifting and kicking in is one of the most amazing experiences you will have, its like looking under the hood of your body, seeing the shift, knowing which tattwas is kicking in and then seeing which part of the brain is lit up - Its like being the scientist of the mind, breath, body and knowing how your body works best. So many things click and make sense after you have read this book regarding the Tattwas and the Swara. This is a deep book, easy read but this is deep and one should have a basic understanding of yoga before going through the book. What a great little book, very amazing book, one of the best books I have read. I underlined so much in this book and am going through it in places for a 3rd time. Simple to understand but to master with the Lunar cycles use AI Find the lunar calendar & plug it into AI (any of them) and then work with the swara and what is mentioned in this book for timings. I also suggest buying a little notebook to record what is happening with your swara. I have found writing it down in a little notebook every few hours and being aware is enough to put you into a meditative zone. I can attest that it is best to leave the house with the Chandra/Ida swara flowing rather than the Surya/Pingala swara flowing I have also noticed that you are far liklier to get annoyed with people and situations while the pingala swara is flowing with the Tattwas mentioned in the book & once you catch yourself in the moment and adjust your swara that it works like clock work. This book combined with the books on Kundalini books, Bharava Tantra meditations, pranayama and doing a few shatkarmas will change your life. It is like having a manual for your mind, body, health and soul Thank you to all the yogis who continue to publish books on yoga and this is a great addition to the library of books. Namaste!
