Zeli Pro Waterbased Leather Pigment Dye - 2110 Bright Red / 32 oz

This was advertised as a dye and it is not a dye.

This is more like a paint. It is very thick and there’s no absorption into the leather. I tried dip dying and it was this very thick covering like I just dipped my tools into that plasti-dip stuff. I tried using a q-tip on a small area and it just smeared around- again no absorption. I applied 5 coats and it never did become opaque, I could still see the leather underneath but it had a white-ish hue. The one where I dip dyed it does look nice if you’re wanting like an Angelus paint type outcome so maybe I’ll try playing around with it with that in mind instead of expecting it to do what the name implies.

Covered my leather white shoes and made them look almost new until I scuffed them. It may be good to give them two coats but this is much better then the watered down liquid white shoes "polish" sold in the grocery store. There is no cracking.

Not cheap but works well on leather and vinyl. Sometimes requires two coats if article is in bad condition.

Seen working good. after few coating my sofa and love seats looking like new again. Hopes It can last for years. Will give 5 stars year later if it has no crack or peel.

Worked better than expected. Needed multiple coats to cover and some dabbing in my worst areas but I highly recommend this. See my before and after pics.
