These works so well i bought a second set for back up. They make fighting games more playable and let you actually do moves without slipping off the bad caps they come with. Swapping these is easy as heck as well. Pretty much the 10 bucks you spend on these should factor into your purchase of a neo geo mini game pad.

Very small compact size. Easy to travel with and charging is great. Love the lights indicator to know when it is ready.

This Thumb-Stick does indeed improve on the 'floaty' feel of the Neo Geo mini controller, so if that's what your looking for... well, here you go. However, do to its increased height and weight, these 'improved' thumb-sticks are counterproductive to quick twitch controls. For example, if you flick the stick down to, say, crouch and then quickly let go of the stick, one would expect your character to go back to standing. But due to the height and weight of these thumb-sticks your character would maybe jump or aim up because the sticks momentum is flipping passed the middle/neutral position. I wouldn't say these thumb-sticks are necessarily broken, but you will always have to remember to keep your thumb on the stick in order to play without problems - Not the most relaxing way to enjoy Neo Geo. Throw in the fact that you need to buy 4 per package (?) with no options for white controllers, and i just see a cheap cash grab banking off a semi-flawed product. I Returned these thumb-sticks and opted for the 'floaty' stock analogue till a better alternative comes around.
