Disappointment of a product
Light strip turns on but only to white. Also, the strip dims torwards the end of its length and the leds turn a soft white instead of pure white like the beginning of the strip. Remote doesn't do anything. Yes, I made sure to remove the plastic shield from the battery on the remote and somehow it still doesn't work. I can see the red light on the remote turn on every time i hit a button but it doesnt change the led strip.

Controller dead
Delivered today but the controller doesn’t work with the strip, I can see the controller is working as I can see A flash of IR come out and the battery is at 3v, instructions say about pairing but that doesn’t seem to work
