Safari Ltd. Gray Wolf Figurine - Detailed 3.75" Plastic Model Figure - Fun Educational Play Toy for Boys, Girls & Kids Ages 1+

I have 4" Loki and Thor figurines and saw this and thought "Fenris!". It's very nicely made and looks great. It is big enough to seem like a giant wolf next to Loki and Thor and makes a nice addition to my collection.

It's a pretty decent representation of a wolf. It's a plastic toy. There is nothing extraordinary about it. It seems solid and it was a good value.

My Grandkids love these Schleich forest critters to play with at our mountain cabin with their Lincoln Logs

It's larger than I thought, but still miniature. Looks good.

Nice wolf! The fur texture/direction is good, but the paint job on the one that I received is... lacking? It's a lot sloppier than the one that's pictured, and the face is nowhere near as clean. I was planning on repainting it anyway, so it's not a big deal for me. It looks good on a shelf, an would be sturdy enough to hold up to play from children.

同じサファリのホワイトウルフと比べると、色は黒いし動きはあるし、阿と吽というか、なかなか映えるコントラストです。 ホワイト〜とは一転、こちらは動的な意匠で、しかしどちらも同じくらいオオカミです。当たり前ですが…。 ふたつともカッコイイので、とても気に入っています。 １つ手にとって飾るのもお部屋のアクセントになって良いと思いますが、２つ、３つと揃えることで、その多面性のなかに、生き物としての本質がすこし垣間見えるような気がします。 教育的価値を考えたとき、色々な生き物を知ることも大事ですが、同じ動物のいろんな表情を同時に楽しめるという事も重要だと思います。 物事を画一的に見ないのが、日本人の精神性の伝統的な美点でもあると思いますし。 美術品以外の価値を見出すなら、私は他のオオカミフィギュアもいっしょに飾ることをオススメします。
