I’m a big fan of this supplement. I add about three drops each morning to a glass of warm water with a few of my other liquid supplements. I like taking this consistently for the immune support. I tend to take a little bit more of it in the winter time when there’s more risk to get sick. I add just those few drops to about 16 ounces of water and just sip on it. Personally, I think the taste is pleasant when diluted properly. Probably not everybody’s pallet but it works for me. This bottle is much larger than what I usually buy so I think it is a good value for the money. I would recommend this and have recommended this product to friends to be immunity.
