Accurate, durable and inexpensive
Bought a couple of these oximeters for me and some friends a year ago and been using them since then. I love it! Love the fact that it comes with a bag, a cord, a protective silicon case and batteries. It's awesome. I use it with my patients and is accurate (checked with a more expensive oximeter). It doesn't take long to give you the lecture. The Good:-Inexpensive-Great selection of colors-Comes with a neck cord, a bag, a protective silicon case and batteries-Easy to clean-Durable-AccurateThe Bad:-Sometimes (with some patients) it doesn't give you the lecture so quick and you gotta move it till it reads it.

Bright Oximeter
A GREAT Oximeter to own and use! The yellow (or whatever color you prefer) oximeter is easy to use and handle. The cover is soft and colorful and patients love it because the cover feels soft and squishy. Not cold and impersonal as a grey or uncomfortable to them. The numbers are illuminated so you can read the numbers even in the dark especially if you are checking your patients at night. The handy lanyard keeps tabs for you so that you don't have to put it down and either forget where you placed it last, or if someone has the inclination to take it. Accurate and reliable for Pulse and O2 measuring. This is a super great instrument to have handy and especially when a patient is in a crisis.

Great item for the money
Great item for the money. Works as advertised and is easy to use. The screen is easy to read which is important as you get older and quickly gives you piece of mind regarding your oxygen level and pulse. We would recommend it to anyone.

I am a medical lab technician. This is a great product
Got this for my personal Covid kit I keep in a tackle box in my dresser. Coof might mutate back to affinity for lower lungs, so this seems like a good thing to keep handy. Works great! Highly recommend this purchase, as it worked for me at a great price and fast shipping.

Hard to read
at first it is very confusing to try and read the numbers, could have made it much more clear but does the job if you know what you’re looking for

Useful but not accurate
I bought this to allow me to check resting pulse first thing in the morning, to evaluate my recovery after aerobic training. I've got an expensive heart-rate monitor for exercise, but putting on the strap and setting it up is more than I want to do, plus it would elevate my heart rate and then I'd have to wait several minutes to take a reading. This seemed much simpler.Shortly after I got it I noticed my early morning resting HR was about 8-10% higher than where it should be if I'm fully recovered. So I did a side-by-side comparison and noticed that it was reading 8-10% higher than my more expensive unit. Next I compared the output with the old-fashioned counting method (finger on Carotid artery) and saw a similar discrepancy.I've now had it long enough that I know what it should report on a given day, so I can still use it. Too bad it doesn't report pulse more accurately however.I don't really use the SpO2 readings, so can't really comment on those. If one has respiratory issues that require accurate SpO2 readings, I'm not certain I'd trust this unit, but I'd defer to your physician's recommendation.
