A lovely matted and framed letter art with personalization (their names and their special date as "established") for our niece and new nephew's wedding! We were all delighted!

Customer service was awesome. They emailed me proofs, made changes quickly - shipped quickly. Had it sent to another address as a gift for 2nd wedding. It was beautiful and the quality was great. They loved it. You can't go wrong ordering a unique beautiful item for yourself or as a gift . I will order from them again.

There are black pin head spots on the white area of the picture. Takes away from the authenticity.

This is the 3rd one I've ordered and its a unique, creative gift. Bought it for a house warming gift. We just opened it and the glass was cracked. The pegs behind the frame were not latched so I am sure it got cracked in shipment. Too late to return it- my friend is going to take it to get the glass replaced- but it ruined the ''coolness" and appreciation of this gift. I was heartbroken- but they did an awesome job!
