Swanson Okra Pepsin 90 Capsules

Works! This stuff is great! My chiropractor recommended okra pepsin as a decongestant to break up mucus and to be taken between meals. Also, as a help to remove mucus from my stomach that was giving me a belly ache and to take it then with meals. As I have allergic rhinitis and consequently struggle with too much mucus, this stuff is amazing and does the job, so I can breathe easier and my tummy feels good. I take when I have symptoms and it works quickly.

I purchased this product to use while doing a cleanse and detox. I was well pleased with the results and how I felt after taking it for a week. I also like how the ingredients are all natural and contain a vegetable rich in nutrients and fiber called okra. Don't worry, you can't taste it. I was intrigued that this company formulated such an interesting product that truly benefits the digestive system and GI track.

I think it did help with some digestion problems.

If you have mold in your home or are exposed to mold, use this okra product 400mg three times daily. even though this has pepsin (good digestive enzyme for meat/protein), it still works well to detox mold.

I used to take antacid tablets like Tums that may or may not work, depending on how many tablets I took. Okra Pepsin was the solution for me! I can take a capsule before I eat something I know is going to disagree with me and no acid reflux. I can take it after I eat something and I do not wake up in the night choking from the burning coming up my throat. I was buying another manufacturer's Okra Pepsin from my Chiropractor, who suggested it, but I found Swanson to be way more cost-effective and does what I paid $60 for 180 tablets for from a competitor. This product is fantastic I hope they never ever stop making it. I have had a lot of digestive problems in the past but this has cleared up my problem. No more bloating! Am so glad I discovered okra pepsin.
