Perfect Portion Control Divided Diet Plate

I ordered this plate to try to lose some weight by Portion control. The size of the plate is the perfect size. Amazing value for money, fantastic quality, looks great and images are very clear. Highly recommend this if you’re try to lose weight or just want some portion control.

Why did you choose this product over others?: i liked how it divided up the portion sizes and pictures of examples of what food portion you should have .

Theyre fine, but plastic so perhaps a but overpriced. Forun ceramic ones in Home Bargains for £3

Yes a lot of us struggle to control our weight mostly counting calories🙄so this plate us a gentle reminder regarding portion control,I paired this up with portion controlled cups(rosemary conley)for rice/pasta etc which is a bonus,its early days at the moment but seems to make dieting so much easy,my purchases arrived on time,well made and very affordable.

Just as I expected. I am hoping that will help me monitor correct portions for my meals.

I didn't read the reviews properly before buying this. It's a very lightweight plastic plate. Almost £10 is very expensive for a plastic plate. I've purchased really nice ceramic plates that can go into the oven, microwave, dishwasher etc., for less than half the cost of this plate. Mine doesn't look exactly like the photo, missing the centre sauce section. I guess it will do the job... I am a bit disappointed but I don't feel like going through the whole return process.

I love these plates. I had bought one for myself to try, and it's been a great help. I've lost weight, and I know now how big a portion of each kind of food is appropriate for me to eat. It makes weighing and measuring ingredients unnecessary, and it's so easy to have a nutritious, healthy meal without skimping. I bought 4 more for a friend of mine, as he wants to live more healthily. I'll definitely be buying more of these lovely plates, for myself and as gifts for other friends. They are made of melamine, so are easy to keep and wash, not as fragile as earthenware or china, very light, and extremely practical. Great as a gift, and great to buy for yourself. Good value for money.
