No Yellow Mask

This purple shampoo is VERY purple and works just like the more expensive versions...AND a little goes a LONG way. I use this one or two times a week on my highlighted blonde hair to combat the brassiness and this helps immensely. BUT, take note that this shampoo (like pretty must all purple shampoos) is rather drying so follow this with a good moisturizing conditioner every time you use it and you'll be set. I also used this on a set of halo hair extensions I had to "dye" them the correct shade. I had purchased them when my hair was more of a golden blonde and now it is more ash blonde. I didn't want to waste the $200+ so I decided what the heck. I put this shampoo on them DRY (meaning I didn't wet the extensions first). I left the shampoo on the extensions for about 10 minutes and then rinsed it out and they were the perfect ash blonde! It totally cancelled out the gold! It didn't exactly match my hair but it was good enough to work in a dark restaurant. I know I lucked out with this but it was worth a try and it worked!

I have lightened Asian hair, the only purple shampoo that makes a difference in my hair.

It works wonders on my heavily highlighted platinum hair. I get complements every time I go out. If you're going for a hey or even purplish teng then this product doesn't fail. I can't go without it, great product😎💪😊

This stuff is AMAZING and so reasonably priced compared to salon brands. I have blonde highlights that would eventually get yellow or bronzy overtime, but not with this stuff! It tones the yellow out so well that they look like fresh highlights. I keep it right in the shower, and every three washes or so, I’ll work some into my hair before I apply conditioner right over it. The let it all sit for a bit before rinsing. It definitely splatters blue all over your shower, but easy enough to rinse off before you hop out! I came back here to buy more and realized I should leave a review since I love it so much and have recommended it to many people. Stop second-guessing yourself and just buy it 👍🏻

This product will really take the yellow out of your hair! I bought this as something that was super cheap but also as something that would work. It turned my brassy hair into almost platinum blonde- like i just got back from the salon. It worked super well, but i was also afraid that it was going to turn my hair purple with how dense the shampoo itself is. Smell is weird but not terrible at all. Will definitely be buying this product again. Saved me so much money and just adds 5-10 minutes to your shower routine!

Wife loves it but expensive

Before applying it to my hair and wasting my time and product I tried it on a portion of my hair. Followed manufacturer instructions and this did absolutely nothing to my color. I was hesitant because I have thin hair and thought it would damage but honestly the only thing it did was leave a horrible smell-even though I purchased the unscented. I had bought the same brand in the mousse and it worked really well and toned my hair to a silvery very light tone. I decided to try this just because the mousse seems to finish very fast. Bottle only gave me 2 uses but I should have know better, you get what you pay for. Tried to save a fee $ and ended up with a useless product. Seriously do not spend your money on this. The mousse is so worth it so ill stick to what works from now on

I use this with every shampoo. It keeps my blonde highlights from going yellow or gold. I love it. It’s a great product. My hairdresser uses it, and she recommended it when I started having my hair highlighted. Glad I could find it here. Thank you, Amazon.

I have both the purple and blue mask and I love them both. I have platinum bleached hair and this is the only product that does not leave purple residue in my hair - it leaves evenly toned beautiful white hair! I mix it with an intensive/bonding conditioner to make my hair extra soft/smooth. It’s the only toning product you’ll need. I also find it excellent value for money - it lasts for ages as you don’t need a huge amount. Doesn’t stain hands/nails either as long as you rinse any excess product off straight away. 100% recommend!

I have had problems with hair loss and will therefore not use bleaching products whilst my hair is recovering. I have used non-bleaching dye and then used this to tone down the orangey parts. It is very effective. I have applied it neat onto dry hair and also after shampooing. The longer you leave it on, the more effect it has. Does not stain the scalp like other similar products. Other people have complained about be smell but u have found it to be quite pleasant.

Yo tengo el pelo con mechas de decoloración, y , en la peluquería no me las dejaron completamente blancas por diferentes razones y me recomendaron utilizar mascarillas que me lo matizaran A mi las mechas enseguida se me ponen amarillas,pero con esta mascarilla vuelven al blanco de una manera espectacular. Yo me enjabono el pelo 2 ó 3 con un champú normal, y luego aplico esta mascarilla en todo el pelo donde tenga mecha,sí,incluyendo la raiz, y,luego, hecho mascarilla normal,una que sea hidratante en todo el pelo tambien, hecho bastante cantidad de ambas,que todo el cabello quede bien recubierto, y me pongo una toalla,suelo esperar de 30 min a 1 hora y después, aclaro el cabello con abundante agua. Tened cuidado la primera vez con el tiempo de aplicación porque se os puede quedar algún mechón azul, pero nada que no podais quitar con un par de lavados casi al momento, yo os recomendaria ir probando tiempos muy poco a poco. No lo uso a diario, yo lo uso a veces una vez a la semana a veces cada 15 dias, según voy viendo que se necesita. La mascarilla hidratante como tal no lo es, o almenos a mi no me da esa sensación, por eso la acompaño de otra que sí lo sea,hidratar hidrata pero almenos, para mí ,no lo suficiente. Cuidado si teneis cortinas en la ducha, , es muy recomendable limpiarlo al momento si ha caido algo de mascarilla en ella o la mancha es muy muy difícil de quitar Totalmente recomendable. Tambien la hay en sitios como primor, o druni...yo la compré aqui por el precio en ese momento.

A really good product for light hair, softens hair nicely, gives a delicate shade, smells very nice and natural, like something honey. Works just like the expensive mask from bold uniq.

This product is salon quality. I am transitioning to grey hair and after shampooing and conditioning my hair I use this product to take out any brassiness or yellowing. I get lots of compliments so I know it’s working. It’s a great price too.
