NGK(3789) ILTR6A-13G Laser Iridium Spark Plug, Pack of 1

This is the OEM replacement for my '06 Mx5. Three of the four plugs were gapped correctly out of the box, one ran a hair wide. After gapping them all correctly, it took me 20 minutes to change my plugs. My idle smoothed out and the throttle responds better. The engine feels like it did when new. Amazon charged a bit less than the dealer wanted, as well. I don't think I could ask for anything more from a spark plug.

Received 4 spark plugs. One spark plug was bad. The gaps were all correct when they arrived after checking with gap tool. I found out it was bad after replacing each new spark plug with an old one after the car would not stop misfiring.

Plugs arrived already properly gapped. Installation was non eventful. Applied anti-seize to the threads prior to installing. Had 60 k miles on old plugs and was amazed that they were still in pretty good condition. New plugs smoothed out the engine and I noticed a small bump in performance. I saved about 20.00 on 4 plugs as compared to local car parts shop.

They fit as expected, gap measure correctly. My only complaint would be the box they came it was on the large side and the spark plugs bounced out of there separately packaged boxes and were just lying bare in the shipping box.

Showed up quickly. Shipped safely and every one maintained their gap.Amazon was also fantastic at helping me identify which spark plugs fit my vehicle. I have a 2007 MX-5, and these were a fantastic replacement for the OEM FoMoCo spark plugs.

Worked great in my 2006 Mazda MX-5! Felt an increase in power after swapping out the old plugs.

Installed, on advice of Flying Miata after they installed the Targa package, in a supercharged 2010 Miata. Instantly noticed the differences in smoother performance and a quicker start. Will probably install same plugs in three other cars (another Miata and two Subarus).

The ceramic part of the plug that goes into the coil broke as I was installing the plug. Luckily the plug was already threaded into the header and stopped the small shards from entering the engine. I have to jimmy rig a straw to a shop vac to pull out all of the broken pieces. It took about 1.5 hours. If anybody knows how strong ceramic is, if you throw 1 cubic centimeter at a car window it will shatter. So the fact that these important component would break put risk to my engine really upsets me.Personally, I will not be purchasing these again. Please use caution.

Hatte mein Mazda 6 Bj. 2009 auf LPG umrüsten lassen und mich nach sporadischen Zündaussetzern nach neuen Zündkerzen umgeschaut. Nach langem suchen und mehreren Mails mit Kundensupport von Mazda, habe ich mich für diese Kerzen entschieden. Die Boschkerzen sind zwar von Mazda empfohlen und auch nur diese freigegeben, aber in einigen Foren wurde von diesen abgeraten. Letztendlich hat der auch der bessere Wärmegrad von NGK überzeugt.Der Kerzenwechsel selbst lief ohne Probleme und habe mittlerweile über 5000km mit den Kerzen runter und bin zufrieden.

Verpackung äusserlich ok. Zündkerzen im Inneren lose umhergeflogen. Zündkerzen aus der Schutzverpackung herausgerutscht und gegenseitig zusammengestoßen!! Dioden wurden durch Mechaniker zurückgebogen!Wurden nur eingebaut, da Auto bereits auf der Bühne war, und nicht länger gewartet werden konnte!!Sowas ist mir bei Amazon zum Ersten und hoffentlich zum letzten mal passiert!
