The cap has taken a hammering with barely any chips, and grip has a good feel too.

Nice and sturdy. I've found that any Milwaukee screwdriver with the blackened tips are amazing. My coworker bought the Klein demo screwdrivers and the tip folded over after a day of chipping stubbies. We both bought these ones after and haven't had any complaints with the product. My only complaint would be with how this particular set never showed up from Amazon so I went around to a couple home Depot until I found them and bought them in person.
