This is a very good product.

Theses are so hard to find in size BB glad you carry them. My problem is I'm little to small for these and to big for the BA size to be comfortable. So I opted for larger. They adjust easily and stay up most of the time. Very absorbent. Will hold a lot of liquid.

It'd so hard to find true plus size incontinence underwear. The sizes at the store don't go large enough for my Mom except for one type that is too baggy in the leg, making it leak sometimes. I thought these would be great because they work like diapers so you can adjust the fit. Boy was I wrong! My Mom is 88 and dresses herself. She could not get these on! You have to hold them at the top, pull the bottom piece up, and attach the sides. That's hard to do even if you're not an arthritic senior. I tried to help her and I couldn't get them on her without difficulty. Not user friendly at all--especially for seniors or someone trying to do it by themselves. I'm very disappointed!

We have tried many brands and this one works well. I just wish the price was lower, We have to use 5-6 per day and this gets really expensive when you are on a fixed budget.

These briefs fit a 250 lb man easily. The tabs are extra long and that's helpful. Also, the tabs are velcro and can be reattached several times. Will order again.
