I have a big head lol! i know this is adjustable but i don't want to have to open the strap all the way looking ridiculous?

My head is around 7 3/8, there is an adjustable strap on the back made of a spandex type material, I still have adjustment left and I like the hat fairly loose.

is the back adjustable strap velcro or a clip system?

It is a hidden Velcro design. Once you "set" it and tuck the remaining strap behind the headband it will fit like a custom fitted cap. This is the best hat I have ever had. Great quality and fits awesome. Definitely buy it. I am not affiliated with the seller but I do love this hat.
