I did not expect this from Chai Point, Their are many cheaper and better quality products in amazon portal itself.Not even one month old, the lid of this infuser is cracked, very low quality, Do not buy this product. if you do so, you are the victim and looser. Hopefully chai Point will see this post and replace my infuser, I am very disappointed I don't want to complain them on this issue. let me wait and see. I don't advise, please move to other similar products.Naresh Babu

The media could not be loaded.  This infuser bottle is just amazing,Have been using it during this lockdown to infuse various spices ( cardamom, cinnamon, clove ) with hot water to strengthen my immunity.I just keep refilling the hot water all day long and it keeps on working ,Good build quality , glass and the mesh ensures nothing goes through, the soft cover prevents any burn as the glass gets hot with the water . So no complaintsThis works fabulously for herbal teas as well . I just whipped up a batch of mint leaves and green tea was extremely cleansingAnd its great for gifting for any tea lover.Get your own ,Thank you Chaipoint

The overall quality is good but one needs to be cautious while closing the bottom lid. Sometimes there is a leakage from the bottom.

Awesome product, Stylish to look at, excellent thermal retention and very easy to use , takes your Green tea experience up a notch.

This cute little chaibot is a must have for all the tea lovers. All you need is to just add some tea leaves and spices like cinamon, cardamom, cloves etc as per your taste and add some water and enjoy the refreshing tea and boost your immunity.Also the design and bot holder of the item is fabulous. The quality with which it is built is just awesome and very useful while traveling.

A friend got it for me. The bottom has a very bad seal and leaks very easily. It's delicate and the metal layering on the caps cracked within a couple of weeks. I feel I'll end up using it as a very expensive pen stand. :/
