Good for your health
I usually take this with meal the taste to me. It’s a little bitter yet a little sweet. It’s a small amount of fluid so it goes down quickly. I usually drink that with green tea. You usually poke the top with a little white poker, but I use a Swiss Army type auger. drink with a little straw provided.
